Fannon Products, LLC designs, engineers and manufactures custom Infrared systems for a wide variety of industries. Infrared has proven itself as a valuable method of industrial process heating, having distinct advantages over conventional methods. Faster process cycles, improved quality, versatility, and increased process control are among the many reasons Infrared is used.

Fannon custom systems utilize the Goldenrod Infrared emitter as the primary heat source. The Goldenrod’s directional capability allows for oven and heater fixture construction to be lightweight, without the need for costly and inefficient secondary reflectors. High watt density applications can be achieved without the need for water cooling the equipment. Our oven and fixture design using the “fuse-clip” mounting connector provides our customers with reliable and low maintenance operation. Infrared heater fixtures can be made virtually any length, width and wattage to meet customer requirements.

Fannon Products provides a complete line of controls for all of our infrared systems. Phase angle fired and zero fired SCR controllers allow for 0-100% output control of infrared emitters. Control systems come with manual or closed loop options which provide accurate temperature sensing of the product and precise control of the emitters.
