Fannon "Near Infrared" inkjet drying systems are designed to dry the most demanding water based inkjet applications on high gloss and over coated substrates.  These systems utilize high efficiency Near Infrared lamps and highly polished internal reflectors to focus the energy into the ink pattern.  The efficient transfer of energy allows for faster line speeds, cooler substrates and surrounding equipment, and reduced electrical consumption.

  • All Fannon "Near Infrared" inkjet drying systems come standard with the following equipment:
  • Drying module, Pre-wired power cords with multi-pin quick disconnect.
  • Fannon "high efficiency" Near Infrared lamps.
  • Control system w/ 0-100% output adjustment.
  • Safety Interlock circuit and emergency stop pushbutton.
  • Quick disconnect package for quick and easy electrical installation.
  • Fannon mounting bracket assembly, complete w/ control panel mount, all required glare reduction shielding, safety tilt switch, and all mounting hardware.
  • OPTIONAL:  Automatic Power Adjustment via. Tachometer

Dual Drying Systems (designed to dry two separate ink patterns)

All of the above models can be supplied as a dual system to dry (2) separate ink patterns.  The system will come complete with two drying modules and one dual control system, allowing an operator to individually control each drying module as required.
