Fannon Products LLC is dedicated to providing the highest quality twin tube quartz Infrared lamps on the market. We manufacture Medium-wave, Fast medium-wave, and Short-wave twin tube lamps in both 23mm x 11mm and 33mm x 15mm quartz. Our lamps can be made with a high-temperature white oxide reflector, high efficiency 23K gold reflector, or bare quartz.

The following list of lamps is primarily for the Heidelberg printing press industry. However, Fannon Products, LLC manufactures hundreds of different twin tubes that vary in length, wavelength, wattage and voltage. We manufacture replacement lamps for virtually ALL competitors including but not limited to: Tempco, Anderson Thermal, DryStar, Eltosch Grafix, Heidelberg, Helios, Italquartz, Heraeus, and Emitted Energy. Our lamps are high-quality direct replacements made to the exact OEM specifications. We consistently provide our customers significant cost savings; more importantly, we hold lamps in stock to ensure a timely delivery.

Reflector Types and Wiring Configurations

All Fannon twin tubes can be fitted with a 23k gold reflector, white oxide reflector, or left clear to utilize a secondary reflector. The twin tubes can be made in many different configurations with respect to heated lengths, lead wire lengths, series or parallel connection. Series connection has lead wires exiting one end of the lamp and parallel connection has leads exiting both ends of the lamp.

Short-wave vs Medium-Wave Response Time

Short-wave lamps and Fast Response Medium-wave lamps typically utilize a tungsten coil which provides for instant on / off control. Standard Medium-wave lamps utilize an iron chromium aluminum coil which is a higher mass, slower response coil. This is a very cost effective alternative to the tungsten coil if response time is not critical.
